Doctors

Dr Andrew Pither commenced at Temple Hills Medical Centre in April 2000, after working at Ba Mission Hospital, Fiji for six years.

He has a special interest in child and adolescent medicine, antenatal shared care, palliative care and family and emotional issues. Dr Pither is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) and has a Diploma from the Royal Australian College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (RANZCOG).

Dr Pither is available at the practice on Tuesday through Friday.

 

Dr Jillian Webster joined Temple Hills Medical Centre in July 1996.  Her special interests include paediatrics, adolescent medicine, women’s health and geriatric medicine. Dr Webster is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP).

Dr Webster is available at the practice on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings.

Dr Webster’s appointment book is now OPEN to new patients.

 

Dr Janiffer Williams joined the Practice in November 2007, after many years experience in General Practice in Ringwood and Warrandyte. Her special interests are women’s health, child/adolescent medicine, and individual and family support. Dr Williams is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP).

Dr Williams is available at the practice on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.

 

Dr Sophia Samuel graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2003, and is a specialist FRACGP with an additional Fellowship in Advanced Rural General Practice. Her clinical interests are travel health, and child and adolescent medicine. Dr Samuel is also a medical editor and educator.

Dr Samuel is available at the practice on Tuesday mornings and Fridays.

 

Dr Ray Chan graduated from Otago University in New Zealand in 2006 before coming to Australia and completing his qualifications to become a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practice (RACGP). He joined Temple Hills Medical Centre in August 2011. His special interests include sports medicine and dermatology.

Dr Chan is available at the practice on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

 

Dr Helen Steele joined the Practice in 2019. She graduated from Monash University in 2006 and has worked in a variety of locations across Australia and remote NT communities. She graduated from Monash University in 2006 and obtained her specialist GP qualification in 2012.

Along with her background in Travel Medicine and Paediatrics she has interests in early parenting issues and unsettled babies, paediatric food allergies, difficult to control eczema, adult weight management and mental health. She also inserts Implanon contraceptive devices.

Dr Steele is available at the practice on Monday and Thursday.

Practice Nurses

Sally joined the Practice in June 2013 and has many years of nursing experience in women’s health and midwifery. She conducts Health Assessments and compiles Chronic Disease Management Plans on behalf of the doctors and has experience in wound management.

 

Linda joined the Practice in 2012 liaising with the doctors to assist with Health Assessments and Chronic Disease Management Plans. She also has experience in wound management.

 

Mary Anne has extensive experience as an Asthma Educator and sees patients with asthma and other lung related illnesses. She conducts spirometry, monitors use of inhalers and reviews management of their condition.

 

Ginn has extensive experience as a Diabetes Educator and conducts clinics to assist with a comprehensive range of Diabetes management.

Jan, Naomi, Sue, Helen and Kym are our friendly medical reception staff, who in conjunction with Laura, our Practice Manager, and Chris our Practice Administrator, are happy to assist you with appointments, enquiries, accounts and interpreter services.
